Way Station Bacchae

When the world is mad, does embracing madness make you sane?

Created as part of Dysfunctional Theatre’s residency on Governors Island, The Bacchae is a freely adapted, feminist take on Euripides’ tragedy. Performances are an immersive experience taking over the Way Station and incorporating song and dance… and blood and the tears of men.

See The Bacchae as it was meant to be seen – with a beer in your hand!
